For each petal on the shamrock
This brings a wish your way--
Good health, good luck and happiness
For today and every day.
One year after chemo finds Jane celebrating more good news! Her CT scan this week was clear, and her CA 125 score was still low. Wow!! We are all amazed and feeling so blessed! Jane said that Dr. Bender and his team were beaming when she went in for her appointment this week. We know the harsh survival rates for the type and stage of Jane's cancer, and we are so thankful that Jane is where she is today.
We had the pleasure of hosting the whole family in Denver for Memorial Day weekend. Scott and Connor rode the train from Kansas City to join Jane and Randy at our house. This was the first time that Jack and Connor were old enough to talk with each other and really play side-by-side. It was a blast! And it won't be long before little sister Lydia will be playing alongside them.
Jane had good timing while she was in Denver--she was here for Jodi's Race, an ovarian cancer awareness 5K that was held in a park just a few minutes from our house. Jane and Jeff took Lydia, where Jane got to participate in the survivor's breakfast, meet other survivors and vendors, and celebrate!
